AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AND USE OF VIDEOS
This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of purchase of the video (the "Effective Date") by and between Paradise Studios Inc ("Paradise Studios Inc."), and the purchaser of the video ("Buyer").

Grant of Permission. Buyer hereby grants to Paradise Studios Inc. permission to use any pictures or other content downloaded from Buyer's listing, as well as any other general content used to create the video. Buyer acknowledges that such permission is granted in consideration of Paradise Studios' agreement to sell the video to Buyer.

Copyright Claims. Buyer represents and warrants that it owns or has the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use all of the content in the video, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise Studios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim that the content in the video infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Paradise Studios shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the video, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Paradise Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Paradise Studios' total liability to Buyer exceed the purchase price of the video.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.

Acceptance of Terms. By purchasing and downloading the video, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
